Personnel skills and capability are assessed against a number of criteria based on the core skills of the particular discipline. Experience, knowledge, software skills and projects historically delivered are used to rank capability at a screening level against core skills.
Client requirements are discussed with the Client in detail before any assignment is commenced.
We will work with you to develop a Position Brief to ensure clarity and alignment.
This is then matched to the Competency Database to assess the match with personnel attributes. A short list of candidates is prepared with an Alignment and Gap assessment prepared for each candidate. A logistics assessment is also undertaken to document candidate availability and any logistics requirements such as mobilisation.
The best candidate is selected by the Client and the logistics of the assignment are agreed and put into effect.
