About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Supervisor to join the team on an exciting gathering project. This position is ideal for a hands-on leader with a solid background in CSG or water and ideally Poly pipe.
As Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, ensuring that work is carried out safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards. You will be working closely with a team of professionals to meet project timelines and deliver exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the gathering project.
• Lead and manage site teams to ensure project goals are met.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, environmental regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor and report on project progress, resolving issues as they arise.
• Provide technical support and guidance for poly pipe installations.
• Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed, materials used, and team productivity.

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience working on CSG projects.
• Expertise in poly pipe installation and related infrastructure.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent understanding of safety regulations and best practices in the gas industry.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
• Relevant trade qualifications or certifications (preferred).
